Description

The KYB Factory Kit fork is a double sided closed cartridge fork with one spring each. The fork is used by many world championship teams in motocross and supercross. The KYB kit fork has a very precise and very adjustable damping. A very good response of the fork is achieved by black DLC coated dip tubes, all internal components are also coated and thus the internal friction is reduced to a minimum. The outer tubes are Kashima coated and the fork feet are CNC machined for exact precision and torsional stiffness. Another advantage of the fork is a special spring support which makes the fork more progressive at the end of travel for a softer landing.

The KYB Kit Factory suspensions are specially assembled and tuned to order. We need when ordering the rider weight, rider speed, the desired tuning ( more soft, more hard, good response, high punch reserves ).
The suspensions are assembled after the order and the delivery time is about 14 days. A return for the custom-made is excluded. A change of the tuning is no problem.
