Bought for Autumn/Winter use initially. Worn throughout the current wet/wetter/damp/windy weather. Trousers haven't leaked or allowed the weather in. Dry crotch happiness. The joy of laminate...
Cut on the slim side - size 48, which fits a 32" waist plus a base layer, so not a boxy set of breeks. Leg length is slightly long - I'm a 32" inside leg. Not an issue, helps keep more of the boots dry.
Armoured as expected. Two quibbles however - 1. The hip armour is in open top mesh pockets rather than top zipped. 2. The knee armour sits low in its pockets, but positions correctly when sitting on the bike.
Not lined, so it can get cold underneath, for me anyway. Again base layer it.
I wear the trousers with a Latitude jacket, sometimes zipped together sometimes not, makes a very good set up. They also work well with my other jacket.
In short, well constructed, armoured and can take a kicking.
