First heavy rain I rode thru my feet got soaked. I had to stop and change socks which I could wring out they were so wet! Cannot recommend.

I took them for a summer trip to central Asia. First week or two they were ok, but soon first clip broke and after one month they were leaking water whenever it was raining.
At the end of the trip I cut them to dind the reasons for it, the inner membrane was in pieces. So no, I can't recommend them.
