LSL steering damper

Regularly act the designers of particularly sporty motorcycles with extremely low weight and extreme steering head angles violent influence of shimmy (handlebar flutter) and kick-back (handlebar slap) - phenomena that affect driving pleasure and safety.

To get these influences under control, the steering damper is used in racing. LSL offers this instrument for use on the road.

The correct installation of the steering damper is crucial for its -optimal performance and faultless operation. LSL therefore develops individual brackets for each model. The steering damper kits are equipped with model-specific parts certificates, and installation is described in detail in installation instructions.

Version titanium:
The compact race-proven variant consists of a titanium anodized, round damper cartridge with a damper rod in 8mm diameter.
The damping is adjustable in 7 levels.
