Description
Properties: Ceramic paste based on a high-molecular oil, inorganic binders and ceramic additives.
The product can be used as a paste in a range from -20°C to +150°C. The solid lubricant contained can be used up to over 1500°C. The product contains no metallic pigments and is free of graphite, molybdenum sulfide and sulfur-containing additives.
Ceramic paste as high-pressure and high-temperature lubricant in mechanical engineering for gears, slideways, guide rails and joints, mainly for slow sliding movements.
Secures quick and easy assembly and disassembly, e.g. of threaded parts. It allows the correct torque to be applied by eliminating influences due to thread irregularities.
Applications:
For lubrication and to prevent seizing of temperature-loaded machine elements such as screws, sliding bushes, guides, spindles, springs, wedges, etc. Disassembly is made easier.
As release agent for hot screw connections, e.g. superheated steam screws, on turbines, exhaust pipes, gear wheels, valves, chains, slideways and shafts, which are present in the petrochemical industry, power stations, rolling mills etc..
As release agent in metal casting, die casting, forging, extrusion when very high temperatures are reached.
