The expedition is built to celebrate retro adventure, combining the finest of timeless styling with the versatility and durability needed on the open road. Crafted from Halley Stevensons 12oz original and authentic Scottish waxed cotton for a luxury feel, Expedition then features a removable waterproof and thermal liner – built to weather whatever adventure you throw at it. Pre-fitted D3O protectors keep you safe whilst all of the components are also sourced from the finest brands, such as YKK.

Pros - jacket looks great and feels like it would offer good protection in an off.

Cons- very heavy jacket, my shoulders feel the weight and it’s a little uncomfortable. Fit - I’m 6.2 of average build and got size xxxl which only just fits my shoulders (very tight with a second sweater) but the jacket around my belly is very wide. I don’t think I would buy this jacket again !

Tha jacket is well made ,i think it will last for some decades. Its not too long,just right to cover your back an give comfort during long trips. Its not to heavy and its comfortable right away at least my does not need ed any break in period or... Jacket is on a warmer side of spectrum so not suitable for hot days but everything else top. I haven't done heavy rain yet,will see. And yes, i usualy wear XL and L was perfect.
