How it works
MAB v3 is the new airbag system for motorcyclists that is worn over the existing jacket. Each MAB size has a large adjustment range to ensure the perfect comfort. MAB v3 is mechanically triggered by Fast Lock technology (patented). Fast Lock works like a special safety winder that connects to an included D-ring belt. The activation force is 15 kg, so the rider cannot forget to release Fast Lock before removing it from the motorcycle (a special MOTOAIRBAG reminder ensures that it is not activated unintentionally). Fast Lock makes the motorcyclist completely free in his movements. It also allows free riding in standing position or off-road, for example. In the event of an accident, the winder locks like a seat belt and deploys the airbag. Fast Lock detaches from the MAB and remains on the motorcycle. The motorcyclist is never restrained on the motorcycle. Fast Lock has a 360° 'detection radar' and responds in 5 milliseconds. The inflation time is 85 milliseconds. The total volume of the airbag is 25 liters. The system is always active and requires no maintenance (first inspection after 4 years) and no electrical power. MAB has two airbag systems and Fast Lock manages both.

Es una sensación de seguridad interesante. La calidad de los materiales es buena. En esta temporada lo siento cómodo, comienza hacer frío, sin embargo se puede sentir calor en otro tiempo. El peso es un tema a considerar.
