OptiMate 4 Dual Program offers two charging programs: Program 1 is used for direct charging of a battery, program 2 allows safe, unmonitored charging via the CAN-bus-controlled 12V socket of a BMW motorcycle.

OptiMate 4 Dual Program tests before and after charging and can save a dead battery at 0.5 volts.

Special features of the CAN bus program:
Automatic keyless activation and continuous maintenance until charger is disconnected.
Safe desulphation with low voltage pulse.

Charge current: 1A (constant current)
Application: Indoor/outdoor (lowest temperature: -40°F / -40°C).
Rescue: low voltage start of 0.5V + 2-stage* desulphation rescue (*1-stage low voltage pulse rescue in CAN bus mode).
Ideal for: STD, AGM & GEL 12V batteries of 3 50Ah.
Input: Global (100-240V 50-60Hz), high efficiency (CEC-listed), fully enclosed.
Design: Weatherproof housing with wall mount, with 6ft/180cm power cord and 6ft/180cm charging cable with SAE plug. Weatherproof battery lead & standard battery terminal kit included.
