POLINI High Speed Variator

HI-SPEED POLINI VARIATORS FOR YAMAHA MINARELLI 2 STROKE REVOLUTION

Polini remakes the famous variators to achieve the maximum performance! Polini Hi-Speed variators for Yamaha Minarelli have been updated to improve power and performance. Main feature is the new working of the mobile half pulley, that has been redesigned with different degrees to let the belt increase the excursion.

The inside of the rollers has been subjected to a polishing treatment to improve their sliding. The 16x13 rollers of 6,9 gr are made of a mixture of nylon and aramid fibers.

The compression spring has a 10% increased load and it includes the Evo-slider too, the anti-torsion system that eliminates the stress problems improving its sliding.

Standing starts are incredibly agile also thanks to the new engine rpm range.

All the Hi-speed Polini variators for Yamaha Minarelli have been subjected to new upgrades.
