POLINI Wave Clutch Spring

The Polini WAVE original spring is a newly developed spring that is manufactured under high-precision production standards.

Thanks to the new honeycomb structure, it can withstand high loads despite its reduced dimensions and guarantees an excellent fit on the pressure surfaces of the clutch.

The block length of the new springs is extremely reduced compared to the original springs, which enables a larger adjustment range and thus eliminates the problems of traditional springs with a round cross-section.

The Polini Wave original spring is calibrated for a load of 80 kg and is perfect as a replacement for the original spring of the Vespa 50 - 125 Small Frame.

The spring can be used on both original clutch discs and Polini clutch discs.

The original Polini wave spring was developed for the original 3-disc clutches and Polini 4-disc clutches

The installation of the spring is recommended both on the original engines and on all Polini kits.
