How it works
With the chain alignment tester Profi CAT-Line (Chain Alignment Tool) the chain alignment and thus the rear wheel axle is precisely adjusted. The L-CATLine laser - for daily use in the workshop - has a low weight and the mechanic now has both hands for the fine adjustment of the rear axle when using steel sprocketsfree!
The correct axis position is set when the same distance from the edge of the chain is illuminated. By means of the internal magnet a permanent light line is applied to theChain plates visible and the position of the axle can now be optimally adjusted. After locking the axle screws, it is immediately visible whether the axle position has changedhas. This new device is black anodized. Possible, due to the magnetic effect, adhering abrasive parts are easily recognizable on the black surface and must of coursebe removed. This line magnet version is a perfect helper for steel sprockets. First the exactly aligned rear wheel guarantees the optimal driving dynamics:

The switch design is very poor. First one I got the batteries died and I twisted the on knob to get the light on but the switch broke because I twisted the knob too hard. Item useless, no longer working. Therefore I had to buy another one. No opportunity to comment on first purchase. Buy a different product.
We want everything to fit right . Take some quick measurements if you are unsure of your current clothes size. The most accurate measurements will be those you take in your underwear, applying the measuring tape directly to your body.
