I'm 170 cm tall (chest 100cm, waist 97cm) and M size is nearly perfect fit. A bit long for me (in arms also), protectors in their places. Was struggling a bit when inserting back protector (ordered separately), 04 size is ideally fits into jacket's pocket.

Excellent! Wish it came with a back protector, but not a deal breaker. (06.08.2022)
