I am 6 feet, 80 kg, waist size 33 (32 in most brands). I got size L and it fits perfect, Size chart suggest M but I think L gives me more room for movement and to place the revit scram knee guards, since the incorporated protection doesn´t land on my knee.
Regarding the lenght I got standard, but I should have the long ones. it doesn´t make any difference because the pants go inside the boot. Materials are really nice, and the pockets are good for saving a lighter or keys or spare change but nothing bigger than that. Feel comfortable and doesn´t make me sweat like most adventure pants which is exactly what I was looking for. They also keep you warm in cold rides

I can only rate the sizing since the pants were too tight on me and I decided to return them and buy Klim Dakar instead. I am 5'8" 165 lbs with 30" waist and ordered medium size which was way too tight. Many people comment on insufficient knee protection but these pants are to be worn with additional knee brace protection. By the way, if you go with Klim go a size bigger as well, I bought 32" waist which was too tight and switched to 34". ,

These pants have good grip along surfaces that make contact with your bike. Combined with the fit and waist closure and inside grip, these pants keep me feeling secure while riding. The thigh vent is surprisingly functional.

The knee pads fall below where they should lay and have no way of securing them in place within their pockets.
