Elastic Cordura which is used as the face material in a Gore-Tex Pro Shell 3-layer laminate.
Waterproof Gore-Tex Lockout closure in front
Soft neoprene in collar.
Tear and abrasion resistant Super Fabric reinforcements
detachable collar of elastic GTX 3-layer fabric, collar zipper, reflectors and zippers on the sides.

Saved big money on the best pants, a major win if you include cheap and quick delivery to Australia. Just a note, the pants are a size bigger than I expected going by the provided chart but as they're winter pants I'm not complaining.

Overall very good pants. Might be problematic closing with boots, since even normal lenght tends to be long. But that does not affect the excellent performance. Warm inner pants gives more comfornt in cold days.
