A – height: Stand in your bare feet against a wall and measure your height from the ground to the top of your head.

B – chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest.

C – waist: Measure horizontally around your waist.

D – inside leg: Measure from the crotch to the ground.

A. Use a measuring tape at the widest point of your head (just above your ears) to find your correct helmet size.

Use this measurement to find your size in the table.

A. Place both feet on a sheet of paper. Draw a line across the tips of your feet and just behind the heels.

B. Measure the lengths of both your feet.

C. Use the length of your longer foot to find your perfect shoe size in the table.

A.Measure your palm around the widest point to find your correct glove size.

B. Use this measurement to find your size in the table.
