I realized after the boots were in the shipping company’s hands I had ordered the wrong boots. I felt the FC-Moto took good enough care of me that I was compelled to write this review. The shipping from Germany to my house in Colorado US was pretty fast. The problem was US Postal when I went to return them. It was almost two months shipping to return them. As soon as FC-Moto received the boots back, they issued me a full refund including the shipping charge I originally paid. I felt that was above and beyond for FC-Moto to do that. Unfortunately, I had already purchased another set of boots. But rest assured, I can’t wait to order from FC-Moto again. My name is Andy Glazar, you can Google me if you want.
