In series, the shock absorber of the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 Factory KG has noticeably too much rebound damping. The Wilbers shock absorber has been optimized in terms of rebound and compression damping. Thus, it also offers a larger adjustment range than the factory-fitted shock absorber.


So Wilbers achieves a significantly improved handling, which significantly increases driving safety.



All experience and developments of the Wilbers racing teams flow directly into the, to the drivers individually adapted, tuning of the shock absorber. So you get a real race replica strut from Wilbers!


From the factory, the fork is built with linear fork springs. The Wilbers solution also relies on linear fork springs, but with variable gradations depending on rider weight, intended use or, when used on the racetrack, the weather.


Depending on the intended use, we recommend SAE5 or GP5 fork oil, whereby the GP5 variant is particularly suitable for use on the racetrack.

In the Wilbers conversion, the negative spring travel and response are optimized for it.



The basic version of the Wilbers Adjust Line Monoshock comes up with the same technology as the more elaborate versions. The difference lies in the omission of the external expansion tank and the adjustment options in the compression stage. It makes no compromises in terms of responsiveness and durability. Radial pistons, wet-running guide, Teflon-guided self-aligning bearings and other features here redefine the standard for a basic shock absorber. Of course, the spring base is also infinitely variable here and the rebound damping is adjustable over an extremely wide range by an open bleed system with 22 clicks.
