Description

The Lombard 2 is an improved successor of our Award winning Lombard jeans. The regular fit jeans have been revised for a better fit and so that we could incorporate our in-house developed SEESMART™ protectors at the knees and optionally at the hips. The extremely strong construction of Cordura® denim and strategically placed PWR | shield remains, but riders have the option to choose dark blue or dark grey as their preferred color.

after a very good year with the same pair in dark blue I decided to buy the same pair of jeans in dark grey. best fitting bike jeans yet, great style so they'd easily survive a day in the office without being noticed much. I particularly like the SeeSmart protectors.
The slim fit legs hug the ankles nicely, whereas some earlier feedback complained about that, I actually like that. Some boots go under, some boots however will go over the jeans easily. The best part was the actual identical fit to my regular jeans. No experimenting with sizes.

I like this jeans very much, the color is quite nice, better after the first wash even, the armor is well placed and you won't even notice it (even with the hip armor installed) and you can wear it all day long and nobody will notice they are motorcycle jeans.

Two things though, first, I honestly don't wear them in Summer because they are too heavy and somewhat hot. Better than I expected, but still not enjoyable above 25°C. Specially if I am on Stop and Go Traffic in the city, on the highway it's another story.

Two, I find the fit quite loose. It's perfect on the waist, but they are somewhat baggy or straight jeans, at least for me. Not that it's bad thing in itself, but I like slim jeans better. They match perfectly with TCX boots.

I usually wear size 30 W 32 L and this fit just perfect like that. I am 170 cm, 68 Kg.

Super quality ideal for both warm and cold rides not super breezy but keep you warm on a cold day and cool on a hot one holds up well in a slight bit of rain the cuffs of the leg are quite narrow tho so a tall motorcycle boot will probably not go under the boot the only flaw Jeans look great and you wouldn’t know they were motorcycle jeans unless you look very closely I would recommend buying the hip Armour as well
