How it works
D3O® impact protectors are made from an advanced patented polymer. D3O® impact protectors utilize intelligent molecules that lock together on impact. Because of this, the impact protector can be made thinner and lighter, making a jacket more comfortable and easier to wear. However, this decreased size does not come at the expense of impact protection.

I measured the pocket on the jacket first to find the biggest back protector I could fit in it and it all worked out. if you check the protectors used in Icon or Richa jackets, you'll find they are the same. This is a level 2 protector and therefore a but heavier, thicker and not as flexible as the level 1 version. Luckily I haven't tested it yet, so can't say anything about protection.

B. Chest circumference: Measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest.
C. Waist circumference: Measure horizontally around your waist.
D. Inseam: Inside leg measured from the crotch to the ground.
