Works most of the time
It works most of the time. It has to fit snugly for you to feel the cooling effect. But the cooling effect wears down after prolonged exposure to high heat and humidity because the water in the vest becomes warm and cancels out the evaporation cooling effect. Also, the water inlet liner got separated from the rubber seal, so I had to use a special glue to re-seal it. And this is just after 1 month of usage. The quality is questionable, but I am still overall happy with my purchase because I'd still rather wear it than not in hot weather.
coole Technik, gute Qualität, Grössen stimmen nicht
5XL entspricht einem T-Shirt XL oder Jackengrösse 58. Da es keine Grösseren gibt, ist diese Einteilung lächerlich. Ohne weitere Tricks unbrauchbar. Ich geh jetzt zum Schneider und lasse mir ein Stück einsetzen, damit ich das an sich tolle Produkt benutzen kann...

Great option when it is hot outside
Might be good for European summer, but anything above 35C, probably not.
I tried this on my latest trip during the summer here in the Middle East (40 - 50 degrees Celsius during the day), and honestly it was useless. The first 5 minutes were fine, I put cold water in, but in hot weather, that cold water becomes as hot as the ambient temperature in seconds, so it was actually useless. I can only see it working if the summers you experience are in the 30-35C max. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it. I was better off with wetting my t-shirt every 100km or so. So maybe that kind of cooling vest is best for hot temperatures.

Nicht nur für auf dem Motorrad gut. Mein Partner nutzt die Weste im Sommer auch bei anderen Aktivitäten im Freien. Einfache Handhabe mit einer großen Wirkung. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Macna Cooling Evo Weste
Sehr gut verarbeitete West, sie hält was sie verspricht. Gut zu tragen und kühlt gut, selbst bei 39°C hält sie die Körpertemperatur niedriger. Dadurch, dass man sie einfach mit frischem Wasser nachfüllen kann, ist sie auch für längere Touren einfach zu handhaben. Sehr Empfehlenswert!!

surprisingly excellent
I have now used this vest over about 500 miles of riding, mostly in hot conditions, topping out at 107F. The first ride I did was 102F, and it felt like riding on an 85F degree day. At 107, I was comfortable (wish there were a version for helmets!). The greatest virtue of this vest, compared to most cooling vests, is that it is relatively dry (except for your own perspiration) on the inside. You don't end a hot ride feeling like a poached frog. I would say this product beats the competition by a very long shot. I wear it under a KLIM Marrakesh jacket, which has phenomenal circulation for hot weather. The combination is a total winner.
