I bought this jacket for the airbag, which I fortunately did not have to test yet. I’ve been using it for about a year now, these are my experiences:
- it’s heavy, but comfortable. Once wearing it I don’t notice the weight
- absolutely waterproof. Experienced some serious downpour with it and it kept me warm and dry
- comfortable between about 5 oC and 25 oC (so most of the time where I live). It has some ventilation zippers for warmer weather but it gets toasty in summer. When really cold I wear an additional liner underneath
- enough pockets
- had not to test the airbag fortunately, it does give me a safe feeling. I tend to forget to attach it, so often I have to click it on at the first traffic light.

I am 175cm and 79kg. According to size chart I needed size L, but I bought M. It fits perfect.

Well, if it didn't save my life, surely it saved me from more damage to my body.
Just had a front collision with a car (city speed for me slightly braking, the car max 20km/h). I landed several meters away from the crash and despite I don't remember how I fell after I was hit, I escaped with just a broken wrist and of course pain all over but nothing major. Still under investigation but definitely would have been worse with a normal jacket.
For sure I recommend it to everyone using a motorbike. It's a simple and very efficient system better in my opinion than those with electrical system.

Som 163cm lång kvinna blir jackan ganska lång och tyvärr trång runt höfterna. Att den är tung känns inte när man kör. Vindtät. Ganska behaglig även i gassande sol och låg hastighet. Ventilationen ventilerar inte så mycket.

Gute Passform, warm, wasserdicht. Airbag zum Glück noch nicht gebraucht. Trage die Jacke sehr gerne.

Prima Passform, etwas schwer. Leichtes Handling über Reißleine.
Bisher nur Dezembererfahrung und bin sehr zufrieden.Hält warm, bietet genügend Taschen und einen angenehmen Kragen.

It feels very heavy comparing with a normal motor jacket because of the integrated airbag. unfortunately the size chart is way off, so when buying you should order as you would have with your usual jacket size. The jacket has a long cut, so it will cover your upper leg aria. The materials used and the build feels very solid and a proper motor protective gear for every motorcyclist. The Airbag system has 2year guarantee that when registered on Helite website will prolong with additional 2years.

Got rammed from behind by some idiot in traffic this morning and off It went. Airbag deployed perfectly and protected me from the fall. A low speed shunt to be sure but I was impressed by the way the jacket deployed and the protection it afforded.

Recommended highly and a very comfortable jacket as well.

My previous jacket was Rukka, good jacket but this Helite jacket is way better.

Jas zit comfortabel. Wind- en hopelijk waterdicht.
Goede rug- en arm bescherming.
En hoop dat ze goed haar werk zal doen op het moment dat het nodig is. Vrij prijzig, dat wel. Maar op veiligheid staat geen prijs.
Nogal zware jas.
