Good protection, installation not simple
I've installed it in a Spidi winter jacket without the harness.
Protection wise it's good, is CE level 1 and provide full coverage.
Fit the Spidi jacket, but is installed between the "warm" and "wet" layers with snaps so
1. It nterfere with the snaps between layers
2. Need to close an each time so not easy in the dark
3. cannot close / open the "warm" layer zipper with it in the way
4. because it is in the way you cannot leave the jacket on the back of a chair, must hang it all the time.
Does job for what is made
I have a lot of jacket without chest protection. I found that Spidi is on bigger side, just as I needed. It is easy to put it on your self. Maybe does not bread like some other products but this is exactly what I needed during cold days when you have a lot of wind in your chest. It fits ok around body and can protect you from trees punching you when you passing near by. Maybe little bit too expensive but it is the biggest one what I could find.
Very Good
Good product, a little bit longer and wider than the spidi chest protector. I don't use it with the harness, i only use it in the spidi jacket and its perfect. I would definitly buy this thorax protection again, instead of the simple chest protector
OTTIMO
A differenza di quello che potrebbe sembrare non impedice i movimenti, dopo pochi minuti non si sente più , se si regolano bene le cinghie . Non aumenta eccessivamente il calore sotto il giubbino , insomma un ottimo prodotto , usato anche con giubbini di altre marche e sempre si è comportato bene . Forse l'unico difetto è che è un po corto per me lo vorrei che coprisse fino alla cinta dei pantaloni ma si ferma prima . cmq . veramente ottimo con una bella sensazione di sicurezza sotto la tuta .

Probably superb when fitted to a jacket but if used separately this quality product is let down by the harness being too short to allow proper positioning without pulling uncomfortably on the back of the neck. I'm not particularly tall (178cm) so I think this would be a problem if you're above average height.
