I know that I like the product because I have it from before. Except this time I ordered the product from you and you refunded me my money automatically to my PayPal account. I assume the product wasn’t available. I appreciate the refund that’s fine I understand. It seems to be a discontinued product. I’m OK with that but I am a little disappointed because I would like to be able to order stuff because I see a lot of great things on your website but I don’t know if it’s a good idea for me to order from you because the stuff doesn’t actually get sent to me. And since I’m in the United States I had to pay some kind of separate shipping I think it was a DHL? But either way, I didn’t get refunded for that and I think the shipping was like $30 or something. I wish someone could have contacted me and talk to me about it. Possibly offer me a different option to order something else. I really just didn’t want to make a big deal about it because I know they’re having problems shipping all over the planet right now with supply chain issues at all. I just don’t really want to take the risk ordering from overseas.
