De Aviator 3 verhoogt het niveau van de concurrentie en herdefinieert de normen van een off-road helm. De helmschaal, exclusief verkrijgbaar in de Primal-versie in 3K carbon, gaat vooraf aan de andere grafische varianten in HPC carbon. De helm wordt geleverd met 4 helmschaalmaten, ontworpen door te testen in de windtunnel om de beste vorm en prestaties te bereiken. Daarom is er veel aandacht besteed aan aerodynamica met als doel de helm stabiel te houden, zelfs bij hoge snelheden en thermodynamica om de thermische regulatie te optimaliseren. Alle technologieën van Airoh zijn gecombineerd in deze helm. Evenals het AMS2 Plus-systeem (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus), AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) en de magnetische wangkussens AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System). De 8 luchtinlaten en spoiler met geïntegreerde luchtuitlaten, een AHS (Airoh Hydration System) kanaalsysteem geïntegreerd in het EPS voorzien de Aviator 3 van een betere luchtinlaat en -uitlaat.

The helmet shell, available exclusively in the Primal version in 3K carbon, precedes the other graphic variants in HPC carbon. The helmet comes with 4 helmet shell sizes, designed by testing in the wind tunnel to achieve the best shape and performance. Therefore, great attention has been paid to aerodynamics with the aim of keeping the helmet stable even at high speeds and thermodynamics to optimize thermal regulation. All of Airoh's technologies have been combined in this helmet. As well as the AMS2 Plus System (Airoh Multiaction Safety System Plus), AEFR (Airoh Emergency Fast Release) and the magnetic cheek pads AMLS (Airoh Magnetic Lining System).
