Bought this to fit my Held Tropic II jacket after contacting Held themselves as to what back protector they recommend to fit the jacket. It fitted perfectly. It's not heavy but it isn't the lightest. It moulded to my back well. I get the impression it would protect me in a crash. It goes rigid when you apply sudden force. It makes me feel more secure wearing it. Top marks from me.
A. Body height: Take off your shoes and stand barefoot with your back against a wall to measure your body height to the top of your head.
B. Chest circumference: Measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest.
C. Waist circumference: Measure horizontally around your waist.
D. Inside leg length: Inside leg measured from the crotch to the ground.
