Definitely waterproof after the test I put them through in Ireland for a week. It's a sports boot so not the most comfortable for walking in so best to undo the zipper and tuck your trousers inside the the boots to stop the boot tops chafing on you legs. Good idea to wear some long socks. Had been used to touring boots for years and had to change the gear lever position to suit these boots. . . . but I like them!
