How it works
The fork sensor from Helite offers you the best possible fall detection in conjunction with the electronic airbag systems for motorcyclists (e-Turtle and e-GP-AIR). The set as shown consists of all components you need to mount the fork sensor on the front fork. The sensor detects rear-end collisions from 31ms and thus sends an early signal to the vest to trigger the airbag.

Manufacturer's Note:
Helite recommends the sensor for all motorcyclists who ride on the road and are thus exposed to increased dangers from other road users. (e.g. a lot of city traffic).
The sensor is unsuitable for use on the race track, as in the event of a power-wheelie it could perceive the vibrations when the front wheel touches down as a fall and trigger the airbag. Since frontal obstacles are unlikely on the race track, camber detection via the fork sensor does not take place on the race track anyway. In the case of high- or lowsiders, the e-GP-AIR can detect the fall in time and trigger it.

Der Gabelsensor passend zur Airbag Weste ist eine notwendige Ergänzung. Sehr gut ausgeführt, lässt sich leicht anbringen, die Bedienung und das zusammenspiel mit der Weste ist kinderleicht und der Gewinn ist sicherlich ausreichend hoch, um die 120 € zu rechtfertigen.
