Superb jacket for its (reduced) price. Does what it has to do. Looks good on you with its rugged style and the flexibility you have with its removable liners and ventilation openings is great. A real 4 season jacket. That Yamaha uses it as a branded jacket shows the quality is at the level it should be!

The jacket comes in 3 parts, Textile shell, Water barrer and then the inner warm later. all three can be seperated and the water or warm barrier can be worn with the textile shell on their own or together. I am 5ft 11 and i would say slimish stature, with 40Inch Chest average build. I ordered the medium which i wear with a heated vest beneath. The jacket fits perfect right arm length. Snug enough fit but thats the way i like my gear its warm without being over bearing. I think the jacket looks great does not hang off you and has a good length. I deducted a point as its not superbly waterproof if you dont wear the water barrier layer. Any prolonged time in wet weather and it soaks through quickly.
