Very good quality and comfortable product. My size: weight 86 kg, height 172 cm, chest 104 cm, the XL size fitted with thermal liner, bud little bit loose without. This is not problem because you can set a tighter on arms and waist. The protection on shoulder an elbow more than enough, but for back nessesary the optional genuine foam protector.
