How it works
With the chain alignment tester Profi CAT-Dot (Chain Alignment Tool) the chain alignment and thus the rear wheel axle is precisely adjusted. The D-CATPoint laser - for daily use in the workshop - has a low weight and the mechanic has now, with steel sprockets, both hands free for fine adjustment of the rear axle!
The correct axle position is set when the same distance from the edge of the chain is illuminated near the drive sprocket. The laser light point is directly in front of theChain plates visible. By turning the rear wheel slightly, the light travels along the entire chain. Close to the sprocket - use as much distance as possible - let, with the help of the internalmagnet, the point laser can stand and can now set the optimal position of the axis. After locking the axis screws, it is immediately visible whether the axis position has changedhas. This new device is black anodized. Possible, due to the magnetic effect, adhering abrasive parts are easily recognizable on the black surface and must of coursebe removed. This Dot-Magnet version is a perfect helper for steel sprockets. First the exactly aligned rear wheel guarantees the optimal driving dynamics:

An den Bewerter: "Gerade keine Wort dafür 😔 (16.09.2025)" Möglicherweise hast Du einen Kurzschluss fabriziert - ist mir gerade auch passiert. Deshalb sind wohl die Batterien ständig leer. Die Minus-Seite aller 3 Batterien muss nach oben zeigen. Die Außenseite der Batterien muss ABER gegen das Gehäuse der Drehschraube isoliert sein. Ich habe die Batterien übereinander gelegt und sie mit Tesa umwickelt. Schon hatte ich keinen Kurzschluss mehr und das Ding funktionierte eunwandfrei. Ich meine mich zu erinnern, dass da ursprünglich als Isolation eine Kunsstofffolie in die Drehschraube eingelegt war.

Diese Produkt möge bestimmt sehr gut sein falls es gehen würde, es geht leider nur dann wenn es Lust hat es ist eine extreme Spielerei bis es übergibt geht...
Musste schon das dritte Mal Batterie reinlegen um es ein mal benutzen zu können danach waren die Batterie wieder leer, Beim Wechsel der Batterie das Batterie Fach herunter gefallen und schon war es etwas verbogen, das darf auch nicht sein für so ein teures Produkt..
Auch die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Firma überirdisch leider, bis heute keine Reaktion auf meine zwei E-Mails, telefonisch auch kein Durchkommen, und das schon seit drei Wochen .
