I have purchased this pair in June 2023 as a replacement for my Rokker pants (I could not identify model on the label) purchased in 2018 with I was v satisfied. From the moment I put my hands on them, I felt that they are different, the material seemed thinner, more fragile. And the design of the knee protector pocket seemed strange. My suspicions confirmed some months later when the pant's pockets started to rip and coins and other things fell in my boots. Then the outer jeans material above the small pocket on the right side gave way. Now after 1.5 years of moderate use, the pockets are unusable and the material above the small pocket is totally ripped twice the width of the pocket. At the beginning of this season, the outer jeans material gave way between the legs... Coming back to the inner lining and protector pocket: bad design choice. Because the pocket is placed on the inner of the lining in direct contact with the skin, if the flap closing the pocket moves, the velcro will rub directly on your skin. It happened and since I was riding, I was unable to adjust the flap. After several hours of riding, I lost some square mm of skin with all the pain and blood associated with this. I am seriosly considering to reactivate my old pants, patch them up and se them. Regarding my Iron Selvage I just reviwed? Big disappointment! I would not recommend them, especially at this price tag!
