Instalei e não funciona. Não há resposta sonora nenhuma apenas luminosa. Fiz ereset e nada alterou. Pelas pesquisas que fiz na internet o problema é bastante comum. Não recomendo a compra. Adequiri um CARDO para poder falar com o passageiro. Irei devolver para reembolso. Deveria ter pesquisado antes por problemas com o SC2.

Im großen und ganzen bin ich zufrieden. Kommunikation und Musik hören funktioniert einwandfrei. Auch die ansagen von der Navigation übers Handy passt.
Lediglich beim ein und ausschalten der Fernbedienung könnte man noch nachbessern. Irgendwie klappt das nicht immer auf Anhieb. Vor allem die Fernbedienung schaltet sich nicht automatisch aus wenn sie nicht genutzt wird. Da ist dann schnell die Batterie leer.

La calidad del producto y la compatibilidad del mismo con el casco C5 es genial. Ninguna complicación para instalarlo y en minutos un sonido espectacular y un perfecta comunicación telefónica y/o con otros transmisores.

Ich nutze es am S5. Einfache Montage und passt perfekt. Das Bedienfeld ist mit dicken Handschuhen etwas klein macht aber bei meiner AfricaTwin mit CarPlay nix aus da alles über die Tasten der Africa bedient werden kann. Klang und Ausdauer bisher super.
Worthless product. Battery bad
After 6 months the device did not switch on anymore and does not charge.
Sending back under warranty but i will be missing the intercom for several weeks before getting it back. Or not.
Really disappointed about the quality of such an expensive device. Together with the C5 helmet it's really expensive.
I have an Ali express intercom in my old helmet that cost me 60 Euro and it works for 4 years without issues.
Ergonomie peu intuitive
L'installation est d'une grande simplicité sur le casque E2, il faut à pein quelques minutes. La configuration est simple, pas de souci pour ajouter mon iPhone et mon Garmin.
Niveau ergonomie, ce n'est pas idéal avec des gants, on ne sent pas toujours si on est sur la bonne touche, mais surtout il faut une mémoire d'éléphant pour retenir le fonctionnement. Une même touche peut avoir plusieurs fonctions suivant qu'on l'enfonce plus ou moins longtemps. Mieux vaut garder le mode d'emploi à portée de main ou dans son smartphone !
La connexion avec le téléphone est généralement instantanée, mais j'ai dû la rétablir plusieurs fois avec le GPS. Le son est correct avec l'iPhone, mais assez décevant avec le Garmin. Vu le prix, c'est vraiment dommage.
L'autonomie de la batterie est ok si on utilise juste le guidage vocal, mais il vaut mieux recharger avant chaque balade si on écoute de la musique ou la radio.
Au final, je l'ai pris parce qu'il est adapté à mon Schuberth, mais je regrette un peu cet achat.

バイク BMW とのペアリングできませでした
iPhone とのペアリングはできたのですが、肝心のバイクとのペアリングできなかったです。
同じドイツ製品だから安直にペアリングできるものと考えていたので少しばかりがっかりです。
おそらく日本の電波法の関係ではないかと推測します。
商品はスマートに取り付けができたので良いと思います。

Top-Kommunikationssystem
Super einfach und schnell in den C5 einzubauen, tolle Sprach- und Empfangsqualitäten sowohl mit Handy, als auch mit Navi und natürlich untereinander im Mesh. Lange Akku-Laufzeit. Und eine tolle Bedienungsanleitung.
Aber: die Anleitung muss auch gelesen werden: die Anlage kann so viel, da braucht‘s am Anfang immer wieder einen Blick hinein.
Mesh Kommunikation ist OK, Bluetooth Kommunikation ist schlecht
Mit Hilfe der App ist das SC2 recht komfortabel eingestellt.
Aus Gewohnheit haben wir zunächst Bluetooth genutzt, was nicht wirklich gut funktioniert. Es rauscht in beiden Headsets so laut, dass das Fahrgefühl massiv darunter leidet. Das hatten wir beim SENA 10S so nicht.
Deshalb haben wir auf Open Mesh umgestellt und eine deutlich bessere Qualität erzielt. Das Rauschen trat so nicht mehr auf.
Die Fernbedienung ist etwas hakelig. Speziell das Einschalten ist nicht immer zuverlässig. Zudem fehlt öfters die Quittierung durch die LED dass das Interkom eingeschaltet ist.
In Summe erscheint das SC2 nicht ganz ausgereift zu sein.
어쩔 수 없는 선택~ 그리고 만족!
헬멧에 의한 어쩔 수 없는 선택이었지만 지금은 너무도 만족하고 있습니다.~~^^*

Habe heute das SC2 bekommen, die Inbetriebnahme war wie abgebildet sehr einfach. Die Verbindung war schnell hergestellt.
Es macht was es soll, die Möglichkeiten der Einstellungen sind sehr umfangreich und bestens erklärt.
Garantiert gibt es bestimmt noch Funktionen die ich noch nicht getestet habe. Jedoch macht es was es soll, daher von mir Daumen hoch.

Excellent, the Comms system works perfectly, no problems with installation or functionality.
Extremely clear music and Comms, a little challenging to connect to my older Sena systems but all is now working well.
System is not particularly intuitive but once learned is easy and performs better than any other system I am aware of

Zbsp. Dass dies ein Mesh 2.0 ist und Sena 50 abWerk auf Mesh 3.0. Also nicht automatisch verbinden. Oder dass nach jedem Einschalten alle Teilnehmer jedesmal das Mesh aktivieren müssen
-Bedieneinheit ist nicht mit Akku verbunden sondern hat eigene Batterie- Knopfzelle. Dumme Lösung. Aber Einheit immer über App bedienbar
- Bedieneinheit schaltet sich nicht automatisch ab wenn System abgestellt wird
- Over the Air Update nicht möglich
- System nicht abnehmbar zum Laden
- System während Laden nicht benutzbar ( schon einige Male auf Tour notwendig gewesen. Mit Cardo möglich)

Im Prinzip gut, wenn nur das Mikro besser durchdacht wäre...
Montage und Funktion der Haupteinheit perfekt, gerade über Mesh eine Super Kommunikation in der Gruppe. Nur das Mikro gibt Anlass zur Klage, rastet nicht sauber am Helm ein und der Schwanenhals mit dem Mikro steht der Bedienung des Kinnteils im Wege, ist während der Fahrt mit Handschuhen kaum machbar. Da wären zwei Mikrofone rechts und links im Wangenpolster die deutlich bessere Lösung, oder ein kurzes wie beim E1. Verschlimmbessert nennt sich sowas.
sinnvoll aber umständlich und teuer
Was soll man sagen, man MUSS dieses Produkt ja kaufen, wenn man eine Kommunikation mit Helm und Handy / Navi möchte. Man halt also eh keine Wahl. Daher auch der sportliche Preis. Verarbeitung ist ohne Mängel, alles wertig. Wie lange der Akku hält, weiß ich nicht, eine Tagestour ist aber kein Problem. Tonqualität meist gut. Was mich sehr stört ist, dass man das Set nicht allzu einfach ein-/ausschalten kann. Mit Handschuhen ist es sowieso Glückssache. Auch die Handy-App bringt nur sehr wenig - außer man will Meshen oder UKW-Radiofrequenzen einstellen ... brauche ich nicht. Mit Auge zudrücken kann ich maximal 4 von 5 Sternen vergeben. Hier muss sich Sena/Schuberth unbedingt weiterentwickeln!

Remote control drain battery in very few days even not used and turn off. Changed two batteries in two weeks.

Das Komunikationssystem hat eine gute Qualität und sehr guten Sound
Da ich kurz nach dem Kauf einen Motorradunfall hatte, konnte ich das Produkt nicht wirklich testen. Ich habe es nur paar wenige Stunden genutzt, wobei es mich aber Soundtechnisch überzeugt hat
Die Lieferung kam blitzschnell mit DHL. Alles lief zu meiner Zufriedenheit! t
Einbau in den C5 war einfach und schnell. Auch die Kopplung mit Handy und Navi war mit Hilfe der Anleitung gut zu bewältigen.
Ich hatte Probleme die Firmware auf den aktuellen Stand upzudaten und habe mich an den Support von FC-Moto gewandt. Dort hat man mich ausdauernd und freundlich begleitet und beraten.

Nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnung hat man es raus wie alles funktioniert. Das einzige Problem was sehr selten auftritt ist das Meldungen vom Navi abgehakt sind aber ansonsten einfach zu bedienen.

Fitted the system to my new C5 helmet which was very easy, the SC2 work only one time which when operating was excellent, unfortunately the unit has never powered on again .Tried to contact Sena but could not understand the guy on the phone. Have been in contact with Schuberth by e mail and they will get back to me.

The sound system is way better than before. The buttons are bolder and wider for better use while wearing gloves. Note: you have to switch the remote off every time you finish from using it and then switch off the system otherwise the remote battery will be dead.

Unfortunately I am unable to rate this at this time. I had to send the Schuberth E2 back because it was too loose. When FC-Moto has a size L 59 helmet in stock I will order one which will enable me to install the SC2 and give a review. I am anticipating the review will be 4 stars.

Me costo un poco aprender a utilizarlo pero despues es muy facil. La calid del sonido. He probado mejores sin decir que sea mala. Esperaba mas calidad de audio.
Ist ganz ok, aber...
...so kann ich nicht verstehen, warum in der bedieneinheit noch eine separate Knopfzelle eingebaut ist. Wäre es nicht sinnvoll, die Stromversorgung gemeinsam über die Haupteinheit zu regeln. So muss man auf langen Touren immer noch eine Ersatzknopfzelle mitnehmen (nervig). Anssonsten sind Klang (über die Mesh - Funktion) und Sprache sehr gut. Die Bluethooth Kommunikation mit einem SC10UA ist schlechter.

今年度モデルでは若干小さくなったのは余程苦情が多かったのだろうと邪推
それでもまだC4時代に比べると鬱陶しいことこの上ないのだが
音質は良くなったのかもしれんが、そこまで相手に美声を伝えたいって需要ある？少なくとも自分はイラン
C5自体「フリップアップ時の使用感を重視したんだろうな」って設計が多くて正直イマイチ

Zatím velmi přijemě překvapen, zvuk v HIFI kvalitě, perfektní spolupráce s telefonem, (Iphone 11) ještě jsem neměl příležitost výrobek vyzkoušet s ostatními spolujezdci a le věřím, že bude opět na nejvyšší úrovni.

kein integriertes Mikrofon, sondern Schwanenhalsmikrofon, stört im Kinnteil.
Das SC1A hat mit da besser gefallen.

Es ist halt ein Schuberth Produkt, Qualitativ hochwertige Verarbeitung kostet seinen Preis. Einfacher Einbau, aber es sehr ratsam sich die ausführliche Anleitung herunterzuladen, denn die Handhabung ist nicht so einfach Anfangs.
Ausführliche Tests werde ich in der neuen Saison sammeln. Empfehlenswert.

Warum zwei Stromversigungen?
Das Sena funktioniert gut und ließ sich sehr gut in den Schuberth C3 einsetzen. Nicht optimal ist, dass die Fernbedienung am Helm über eine eigene Stroversorgung läuft, eine Knopfzelle. Das Headset selber läuft wie gewohnt über einen Akku. Eine und nicht zwei Stromversorgungen wären sinnvoller, jetzt muss ich auf Touren immer eine Ersartzbatterie dabei haben.... das würde technisch sicher auch anders gelöst werden können.

Excellent performance, not very intuitive commands
Great sound and connectivity, I am very happy. Only small improvement area I find the controls not very intuitive. Also, the instructions that came with the product were incomplete and in order to connect my phone I had to check a tutorial on youtube (not a big deal).

Grottenschlecht! Sprachsteuerung funktioniert nicht und dem viel älteren 20S extrem unterlegen!
Ich habe den Helm S3 zusammen mit dem SC2 erworben.
Leider ist das SC2 gegenüber meinem 5 Jahre alten 20S ein riesen Rückschritt.
Sprachsteuerung mit "Hey Sena" funktioniert nur in einem von 100 Fällen. Geht gar nicht, insbesondere da es keine Taste mehr zum Aktivieren gibt.
Mit Multitasking kann ich Navi und Gesprächspartner(20S) hören, aber die Qualität ist im wahrsten Sinne schmerzhaft für die Ohren. Muss nach 15 Minuten abschalten wegen Ohrenschmerzen. Alternativ HD-Audio, aber dann kommt nur noch der Partner rein, Navi ist tot.
Die Verbindungsqualität ist extrem schlecht. Sowie die Sichtverbindung unterbrochen ist, ist auch die Sprache weg. Da hätte ich mir durch die integrierte Antenne mehr versprochen. Das kann das 20S mit seiner Miniantenne viel besser.
Leider sieht das Schuberth ganz anders (Alles eine Einstellungssache) und verweigert die Rücknahme. Nie wieder Schuberth!
Not worth it
I have had nothing but trouble with my SC2 right from day one. Started randomly shutting off, then as soon as it turned on it would say "goodbye" and shut down. Did factory and fault reset, but my music constantly drops out every few minutes. Very disappointed.

C5用に購入しました。SC１はガイダンスが日本語に対応していましたがSC２はできないようです。メーカーに問い合わせましたが導入の予定もないとの回答でした．英語で何とかしましょう。

It’s just ok
The sound and microphone quality are good but this product is way overpriced and the controls are pretty clumsy. It doesn’t go into sleep mode on its own after a certain amount of time so, if you forget to turn it off, it drains its own battery. If I did it over again, I would probably just wear headphones and not purchase this product.

Me costó muchísimo conectarlo, menos mal que un amigo compró uno en España y la tienda le ayudo, así pude conectarlo, el distribuidor de España es un impresentable, si lo compras por Internet, no te atiende, también tiene poca cobertura el Bluetoothp, me sorprendió mucho, el resto muy bien

Schuberth SC2
Der Einbau ist total leicht, auch für Leute die so etwas noch nie gemacht haben. Der Akku mit den Antennenkabel bzw. die Anschlüsse zum Helm sind zwei davon werden nur zusammengesteckt und sind nicht zu verwechseln da es einmal Mädchen und Weibchen gibt. Die Fernbedienung und der Akku mit Antenne ist bereits gepaart vom Werk aus. Die Lautsprecher in HD ist und sind gut auch die Kommunikation mit anderen Teilnehmern ist gut aber nicht sehr gut. Fahre meistens mit open Mesh es ist nur darauf zu achten bei den Einstellungen von der Sena App das 2.0 oder 3.0 identisch ist auch mit den anderen Teilnehmern. Das einzigste was mich aufregt ist das der Akku nicht zum entnehmen ist und an das Ladegerät einfach mal so anzuschließen ist, es muss immer der ganze Helm an einer Steckdose mitgenommen werden um den Akku zu laden. Es sollte auch immer eine Knopfzelle am Board dabei zu haben für die Fernbedienung wenn diese mal leer sein sollte kann diese dann einfach gewechselt werden.
Quality from Sena!
I only had one software issue that was easily resolved with the reset button. Other than that, it has worked flawlessly and lasts much longer than I expected. I was expecting only 8 hours but am getting way more than that. I have gone several 9+ hour days linked up to others and listening to music at the same time and still have 60% power at the end of the day! Just remember to keep it charged! I wish we could charge on the run though.

Bis jetzt habe ich nichts auszusetzen, habe aber den Helm und das Kommunikationssystem nur wenig gebraucht, da ich den C4 von Schuberth noch immer benutze. Ein Problem das ich noch habe, ist die Koppelung mit dem Sena SF meiner Frau. Sind diesbezüglich Problemlösungen bekannt?

La integración con el casco es buena, pero sólo funcionó el primer día. Después de cargarlo al regreso, la unidad se descargó en menos de una semana, por lo que no pude usarlo en la segunda salida. Tras la siguiente carga dejó de funcionar por completo. Estoy a la espera de la gestión de la garantía.

Très bon système de communication. Le son est clair et le maniement facile. Seul petit bémol : un peu complexe à appairer avec le GPS (je possède un BMW Navigator VI, donc Garmin).

Vše funguje dle očekávání, když si koupíte helmu C5 tak stejně nemáte jinou možnost než si koupit SC2. Bude mi ještě chvíli trvat než se naučím ovládat všechny funkce ovladačem. Každé tlačítko má x funkcí (stisknou 1x, stisknou na 2s, stisknout na 3s, stisknout na 10s atd) Jediné co mi trochu vadí je, že se mikrofon s molitanem nevejde mezi přilbu a tvář, takže se pořád dotýká tváře ale to může být individualní problém.

제품을 배송 받자마자 리콜안내가 떳지만 헬멧에 장착할수없는 상태는 아니다 마이크가 매우 장착하기 힘들게 조립되는것때문에 리콜이 안내되었다 하지만 정상적으로 장착은 된다 작동에도 아무런이상이없다
그리고 세나 50 과 동일한기능이다 장거리 여행을 다녀왔는데 아주 만족스럽다 스피커 품질도 매우 우수하다 추천한다 필수 구입해야한다
좌측 조작부는 인터 컴을 켤때마다 인식시켜야하는불편함이있지만
금새적응할수있다
배터리도 상당히 오래가는편이고
헬멧간에 옮겨 장착하는 시간도 상당히 적게 걸린다

Habe das Gerät am Helm eingestöpselt, App herunter geladen mit dem Sena 20s meiner Frau gekoppelt, alles funktioniert einwandfrei innerhalb und das alles innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten.
Musik hören, Telefonieren und gegensprechen alles geht, mal schauen wie es sich über längere Zeit verhält.
Fonctionne très bien
Appareil simple à installer. Très bonne qualité audio. Utilisation des touches de fonction pas forcément intuitif, mais les réglages peuvent se faire sur le téléphone via l'application.

Efficace et pratique
Ce système de communication est simple à l'usage. Il fonctionne tres correctement avec mon nouveau casque C5 de Schuberth.
Les possibilités de connection, et la durée des batteries font de cet équipement un atout pour rouler et s'évader en moto.
My big mistake
Voice commands are not working,all the "hey sena" Voice commands are not working even in a laboratory situation . I saw the video on YouTube showing the world how it works... But in real world it doesn't.

I have paired this with another Sena model and it works perfectly had no problems at all and the app is a great added feature. Well worth it.
Great product
I have had this product previously in my C4 Carbon Helmet. This one is a little different with the boom mike which is a little different. It sometimes gets in the way, so you need to make sure it is in the right position before putting your helmet on. The people I ride with say it is quite clear when I speak.

Bedienung per Fernbedienung ist top so wie vorher beim Vorgänger.
mit Google funktioniert es sehr gut, ist für mich aber keine Lösung.

Works outstandingly well. Remote control a bit complicated to get used to it. Sometimes a software glitch jumps from casted music to FM radio, but I guess it would be corrected in next software update.

I am fed up with changing the 2016 battery of the remote control. It is always empty when I need it. A few rides, that is all.
Schubert C5 visor is a headache. Does not close easily.
My next helmet and intercom choice will not be schubert and sena.
Wow, what quality
The product is of high quality, the microphone is Soo good, people on the other line have no idea that u r on your motorcycle. It seams like you are sitting in your home talking to someone on the phone. Functions take some time to get used to it. Sound is great. I know it costs a bit more but in my opinion it's worth it. I recommend this to online that buys Schubert C5

Das System lässt sich leicht installieren und in Betrieb nehmen (dafür ist die Betriebsanleitung unerlässlich) Ich nutze es seit 2000 km für Navigationsansagen und Telefon. Der Verbindungsaufbau mit Navi und Handy per Bluetooth funktioniert immer einwandfrei. Die Akkulaufzeit reicht für 2 Tagestouren und mehr.

Facile à installer, excellente qualité de son, meilleur que le S1 du C4 PRO. Seul bémol - critique que je ferais: la procédure d'extinction de la commande à distance - alimentée par pile - n'est pas aisée, surtout avec les gants. Si la procédure d'extinction n'est pas complète, la commande à distance reste allumée même si le S2 lui-même est éteint et vous vous retrouvez vite sans batterie (CR2016). Heureusement, le produit est fourni avec une batterie de réserve. L'utilisation de Siri (ou équivalent Google) est fort pratique. Je n'ai pas encore pu utiliser la commande vocale Sena. Je suis très satisfait.

It is a great communicator
Easiest installation of any communicators I have installed and I have done quite few over the years. It is great it has the mesh capabilities and it has worked flawlessly for me. It only fits the Schuberth C5 and glad it does
Great product. Easy to install.
The product fit absolutely well on the helmet. The connection was easy and exactly as described in the instruction manual. The software for my iPhone was downloaded and was working perfectly. The sound in the helmet was superb.
Pretty poor performance
I have one installed on the C5. The main issue is a headache when reconnecting the control unit. It requires pressing control buttons for a couple of minutes until reconnected. The second is that it works continuously for less than an hour and a half before recharging. I have another firm on Schoe which works at least twice longer. The third is that it shuts down without notification that the battery is low. Functions work when you solve all the above problems.

Huge disappointment
I might have gotten a bad piece, but the battery was draining way too much on standby. For one or two days it was ok, but whenever I wasn't riding for over a week I had to charge even when it was off and I wasn't using it. (Interphone didn't have this problem)
Mesh intercom just didn't work. I was acting off, getting stuck, and the best I could do was join on the conversation with interphone users where I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Microphone was ok, because bluetooth conversation and phone calls worked without any issues.
Voice assistant was crap. Only working command was "answer" but when I tried to use google assistant it never heard what I'm trying to say.
And on top of it it did stop working out of the blue after a few months of using. Like dead and that's it. So now I am sending it back.
I really liked the design and integration with helmet, but at this point I am tempted to cut out the preinstalled headphones and install the interphone to my schuberth instead.
Giving 2 starts because of the integration and good sound but overall it was fairly disappointing
Bit complcated controls over SC-1
I have an SC-1 as well as the SC-2, I find the controls on the SC-2 to be more difficult to use ( and should get easier) than the SC-1 . I am comparing the SC-2 to my Cardo Packtalk Bold which is extremely easy to master.
The fidelity of the headset is good and the functionality as well.

In general happy with this product.
Only problem battery on the remote already died, not a one month yet. Supposed to last 18 month.
And had a problem inserting the mic. Had to cut some extra plastic on the mic body.
Another issue is "Hey Sena". Need to practice to pronounce. Only one time made it to respond :)
But really really happy with my C5. Radio feature is very cool.

Top quality with easy fitment to an E2, simple to connect to my bike and phone, clear audio with the few calls I have had. No idea of battery life yet, but I have used it for about five 1-hour trips on its first charge.

Good quality comms set but it's fiddly
What I like:-
Small form factor, it doesn't create any wind noise.
Good quality sound and it's loud enough, even with ear plugs.
What I don't like:-
The cost. When there are perfectly useable good quality sets available for £50 on Amazon.
It's fuddly worth two things you have to turn on and off. The rear module, if you hold the power button a fraction too long it'll go into pairing mode. The side module has no light on it to say whether it's on or off.

Sorry,hab noch keinen Helm. Muss mir erst einen C5 oder E2 kaufen aber das Angebot mit der Aktion war unschlagbar.
Drei Sterne, Mittelfeld
Ich verwende das Sena SC 2 im Schuberth S3 und bin leider nur mittelmäßig begeistert.
Im Open Mesh funktioniert das Sena noch recht gut. Sobald man in den Group Mesh wechselt bricht die Verbindung nach kurzer Zeit ab. Und das mehrfach.
Was mich aber noch mehr stört ist, dass ab einer Reisegeschwindigkeit von 100/110 Km/h auf der Autobahn das Mikrofon Dauer aufgeschaltet ist (Windgeräusche).
Das ist meines Erachtens nicht Sinn und Zweck eines Kommunikationssystems.
Da es das System preislich auch nicht geschenkt gibt, hoffe ich inständig, dass es mit dem 2.3 er Update ordentlicher funktioniert.
Système assez agréable à utiliser mais pas parfait
Très facile à installer mais parfois a des problèmes à se connecter à l’iPhone et il faut faire un Reset General sur le téléphone. La qualité l’écoute est très bonne surtout avec le casque silencieux.
